Giving Back Is Part of How I Do Business
Housing has always been more than a transaction to me — it’s stability, opportunity, and the foundation for everything that comes next.
Over the years, I’ve been intentional about supporting organizations that strengthen our local community, especially those working to ensure young people have access to safe housing, education, and long-term support. This work matters deeply to me, and I believe meaningful impact is created when we show up consistently, not just seasonally.
A Cause Close to My Heart
Just in Time for Foster Youth
In San Diego County, there are approximately 2,100 foster youth at any given time. When young adults age out of the foster care system at 18, the odds are stacked against them — only 3–6% graduate from college, and nearly half face homelessness or food insecurity within their first 24 months.
Just in Time for Foster Youth is working to change that reality.
JIT’s mission is to engage a caring community to help transition-age foster youth achieve self-sufficiency and well-being. Through mentorship, connection, and practical resources, they support young adults ages 18–27 as they build independence and stable futures. I’m proud to support Just in Time for Foster Youth both financially and through volunteering with their My First Home program, helping young adults prepare for their very first place to call home.

The Foundation is funded through the collective efforts of affiliated real estate professionals, lenders, escrow partners, and community supporters — all working toward strengthening the communities we live and work in.
Over the years, I’ve contributed financially, served on the Foundation’s board of directors, and participated in fundraising and volunteer events that benefit organizations including:
